A former professional musician, he believes that there is always more than one way to approach a problem, and that creativity and hard work often yield the best results.
Andrew firmly believes that experiencing as much as possible makes life more exciting and work more rewarding. During college, he toured as a drummer with the Dizzy Gillespie All-Stars in Scandinavia before completing his degree in economics and philosophy. When away from his desk, Andrew can mostly be found riding his Moto Guzzi V7 Stone.
Andrew's experience in the world of venture capital gave him a love for the entrepreneurial spirit and the grit and determination necessary to launch a start-up. He endeavors to apply this spirit to all engagements, even at larger, more developed companies.
With experience in the pharmaceutical industry, financial services, and real estate, Andrew has a great passion for assisting his clients through periods of transition. He enjoys combining creative strategies, formal analytics, and strong project management to produce the best results.
Prior to joining Acquis, Andrew was an analyst at Newark-based venture capital firm Point Prospect, and was then a consultant at New York-based Satori Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from The New School in Manhattan.
